We feature only the finest, hand-cut “Prime” rated steaks every month.
2. Do you send a wide variety of steaks?
Yes! We will surprise you each month with a variety of steaks, including: Tenderloin
Steaks, Center Cut New York Steaks, Top Sirloin, and Ribeye Steaks.
3. Are these the same steaks I see in my local supermarket?
No. We only offer “Prime” rated steaks which are found only at the very finest
restaurants.
4. How are your steaks packaged?
All of our steaks are delivered fresh-frozen in specialty packaging with dry ice to ensure
maximum freshness and safe delivery
5. What if I don't like one of the steaks? Do you offer a guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can
cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No
questions asked and no additional costs!
6. How long are your memberships?
Currently we offer a 3 month membership to our Steak of the Month Club.
7. If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?
Of course. Simply type your message at checkout and we will send it to your lucky
recipient.
8. How do you ship your products?
We ship all memberships to arrive the 1st week of every month. All shipments are
shipped by express delivery (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) and are delivered in protective
packaging for safe arrival.
9. Can you ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO boxes?
No, we can only ship to residential and business addresses.
10. Can you ship outside the United States?
We apologize but due to the perishable nature of some of our items, we can only ship
within the continental 48 United States.
